Artwork Upload

When uploading artwork, verify:

• File matches the intended size (and includes bleed if required)
• Text and logos are inside the safe area
• Exported PDF renders correctly when reopened

Proofing

If a proof is generated, review it carefully before approval:

• Trim/bleed alignment
• Text legibility and placement
• Image quality and color intent
